3.01 Census Defaults and Required Fields

  1. There are two temporary employee rows displayed when there is no data. These rows can be manually edited or will be replaced when importing the census data.
  2. The last name shows EE (1) and EE (2).
  3. The following fields are required for the Employee:
    1. Last Name
    2. Date of Birth
    3. Zip Code defaults to the Employer’s Zip Code
  4. The following fields are required for the Dependent:
    1. Last Name
    2. Date of Birth
    3. Relationship
