Adding Life coverage to a quote differs from Medical, Dental, and Vision.

1. When you choose the Life tab, the Set Contribution tab will appear.
   1. Warning box is unchecked.
   2. ER Contribution defaults to 100%.
   3. Save button is disabled.
   4. Tooltip shows on hover.

   5. Select Coverage tab is disabled, until the contribution is saved.
   6. Tooltip shows on hover.

2. Adjust the Contribution Percentage by typing a number or moving the slider.

   2. An error appears if an invalid number is entered.

3. Click Save to display the Select Coverage tab.

4. The Select Coverage tab displays:
   1. Quote Effective Date
   2. Excluded Carriers link
      1. Upon click, the excluded carrier(s) and the reason for exclusion.
      2. 
   3. Available Carriers based on quote details, census and carrier rules.
   4. Help Tip indicating to select a carrier and a coverage amount.

5. The tab shows “Needs Action,” and a banner message appears when no coverage amount is selected for the chosen carrier(s).

6. The “Needs Action” text and banner are removed when a coverage amount is selected for the chosen carrier(s).
