  1. “None” is shown until a Carrier is selected.
  2. The Help Tips provide hints about the quoting journey.
    1. The tips remain visible until “Do not show again” or select a carrier is selected.
    2. If “Remind me later” is chosen, the tip shows up to three times and then stops appearing.
