5.06 Selection Controls (Bottom Panel)

  1. Tabs:
    1. Select Plans
    2. Set Contribution – Available upon selection of a carrier and a plan.
    3. Assign Plans – Available upon selection of a carrier and a plan.
  2. Package Name:
    1. Shows the default name for the chosen placeholder package.

    2. When you select one or more carriers, the system displays the Carrier Name(s) for the chosen package.
    3. Note: Multiple carrier selection for a package is only available for Medical coverage (Wrap Package).
  3. A banner message asks you to select one or more carriers to view plans.
    2. Note: This will be changed to a help tip.
  4. A banner message indicating that you selected to include ineligible carriers is shown.
  5. Quote Effective Date:
  6. Add Provider Button:
    2. Click button to search and add the employee’s medical providers and facility.
    4. Note: The “Add Provider” option does not apply to dental or vision. This is a separate application that has not been updated.
  7. Excluded Carriers Link:
    2. Click to view the carriers and reasons for their unavailability for the quote.
  8. Ineligible Plans Link:
    2. Click to see the plans and reasons the carriers are unavailable for the quote.
    3. Note: If there are no ineligible plans for the selected carriers, then the Ineligible Plans link is disabled.
    5. Use the +/- to expand and collapse networks and plans when available.
