5.11 Packages (after carrier and plan selection)

  1. The chosen plans are shown in the packages according to the selection order.
  2. When an employee has an eligible plan, the first eligible plan is assigned to them automatically.

  3. The package includes the following:
      1. Effective Date
      2. “No Contribution” is displayed until a contribution is added.
      3. ER Cost is calculated by adding an employer contribution.
      4. EE Cost and Premium are calculated.
      5. Total Premium Differences – Medical Only
      6. Total Number of Employees
      7. Number of Unassigned Employees, when applicable
      8. Number Selected Plans
      9. Carrier Name Abbreviation
      10. Plan Name
      11. Network Name
      12. Metal Tier – Medical Only
      13. Plan Type – Medical and Dental Only
      14. Plan Total Premium
      15. Number of assigned employees for the plan.
