5.12.02 Order Packages Manually

  1. Choose “Order Packages Manually” to arrange the packages in the order you prefer.
  2. The Order Packages Manually screen is displayed.
  3. Options:
    1. Expanded View: The default setting, showing plan details.
    2. Collapsed View: Hides plan details.
    3. Back to Coverage: Brings you back to the Medical Coverage page.
    4. Instructions: Click “Close” to dismiss the banner.
  4. The Current and Renewal packages are displayed if included in the quote.
    1. A tooltip displays indicating the order cannot be changed.
  5. The Comparable Packages are displayed in the Expanded View with an assigned number.

  6. Click on the diamond icon and drag the package to the desired location.
  7. Continue until all comparable packages are ordered as desired.
    1. New Order:
  8. You can choose to save the order or undo all changes.
  9. When you click Save, the order is stored and the coverage page appears, showing the packages in their updated sequence. A confirmation message is displayed.
  10. Clicking Undo All Changes restores the packages to their original order.
