11.03 Export Options

  1. Export Format
    1. The PDF format is selected as the default.
    2. The Excel format is not currently available.
  2. Delivery Method
    1. Download – Coming Soon
    2. Email
      1. The output file will be delivered via email.
      2. Email Addresses
        1. Defaults to the logged in user’s email address.
        2. The default email can be removed.
        3. At least one email must be entered.
    3. Message
      1. You can enter a message to include in the email. This is optional.
  3. Export Quote Button
    1. Click to generate the output file and email notification.
    2. The following message is displayed.
    3. The status of the quote output file is displayed in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
