11.04 Export Options (Updated)

  1. Export Format
    1. The PDF format is set as the default option.
    2. The Excel format can be chosen.
      1. The original WBQuote Excel file will be created and provided.
      2. The original WBQuote Excel file cannot be provided if the quote contains a triple wrap package and/or different contributions for carriers included in a wrap package.
      3. The new WBQuote Excel file is currently unavailable. – Coming Soon
    3. Both PDF and Excel formats can be selected.
    4. The HUB Excel is exclusively available to users linked to the “HUB International – Monterey” (#51879) agency.
      1. When selected, the PDF and Excel formats are not accessible.
  2. Delivery Method
    1. Download – Coming Soon
    2. Email
      1. The output file will be delivered via email.
      2. Email Addresses
        1. Defaults to the logged in user’s email address.
        2. The default email can be removed.
        3. At least one email must be entered.
    3. Message
      1. You can enter a message to include in the email. This is optional.
    4. Note: The output file can be accessed through the Actions in the Dashboard before the email is received.
  3. Export Quote Button
    2. Click to generate the output file and email notification.
    3. The following message is displayed.
    4. The status of the quote output file is displayed in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
