  1. Product Lines
    1. By default, any product line included in the quote is selected.
    2. You have the option to deselect any product line that should be excluded from the output.
  2. Display Cost Breakdown as (Pay Period)
    1. Default Selection: Monthly
    2. You may choose one of the other available options:
      1. Semi-Monthly
      2. Bi-Weekly
      3. Weekly
    3. The “Display Cost Breakdown as” setting is used to calculate rates on the following output pages:
      1. Employee Monthly Net Cost Illustration
      2. Employee Choice Enrollment Worksheet
      3. Member Level Enrollment Worksheet
      4. Dental Ancillary Enrollment Worksheet
      5. Vision Ancillary Enrollment Worksheet
