6.05 Dollar Contribution Type – Dollar Amount Paid by Employee

  1. When selecting the “Flat Monthly Amount Paid By” Employee, the following appears:
    1. “For Employee” Text and Dollar Amount Entry
    2. “For Dependent” Text and Dollar Amount Entry
    3. Employee pays 100% for dependents – If selected, the employee covers the entire premium for their dependents. The “For Dependent” is set to zero.
    4. “Based on selected plan” – The contribution is applied to the plan chosen from the list of plans in the package displayed after selecting “Selected Plan”.

  2. Complete all selections/entries.
  3. Discard Unsaved Changes/Save Changes
    1. Click the Save button to save the data.
    2. Click the Discard Unsaved Changes to reset all and not save.
    3. If changes have not been discarded or saved, a warning message will appear when navigating away from the screen.
    4. Click Discard Unsaved Changes or Save.
