6.06 Select Contribution for Out-of-State/Out-of-Area Employees

  1. When there are out-of-state and/or out-of-area employees and the Based on is set to Selected Plan, a different plan must be selected if the chosen plan does not cover all employees.
  2. Click the “Select Contribution For Out-of-State Employees” button.
  3. The percentage or dollar amount will be shown and can be adjusted.
  4. The plan must be selected.
    1. When a plan is selected, it is assigned to all employees.
    2. If multiple plans are available, a different one can be assigned.
  5. The “Employee pays 100% for dependent” option can be selected for an employee.
    1. Percentage Contribution Type:
      1. The percentage can be changed for one or more employees and dependents.
      2.      
    2. Dollar Amount Contribution Type:
      1. The Dollar Amount can be changed for one or more employee and dependents.
      2. The Employee pays 100% for dependent can be selected for one or more employees and dependents.
      3.       
  6. Complete the selections/entries.
  7.  Cancel/Confirm
    1. Click the Cancel button to reset the selections.
    2. Click the Confirm button to keep the selections.
  8. Discard Unsaved Changes/Save Changes
    1. Click the Save button to save the data.
    2. Click the Discard Unsaved Changes to reset all and not save.
    3. If changes have not been discarded or saved, a warning message will appear when navigating away from the screen.
    4. Click Discard Unsaved Changes or Save.
