12.02 Auto-Refresh Process

  1. Changes to the Quote Details and/or Census may initiate the auto-refresh process to validate the selected carriers and plans are still eligible for the quote.
  2. When the Quote Details and or Census is updated, the tab displays “Updated”.
  3. The tab for each Product Line included in the quote displays “Needs Action”.
  4. Upon clicking on one of the Product Line tabs, the auto-refresh process is initiated.
    1. Checks availability of selected Carriers and Plans
    2. Refreshes Plan Premiums, Plan Benefits, Plan Assignment and Employer Contribution
    3. Revisits Must Match Carriers and Plans
  5. After the Auto-Refresh process finishes, if the quote data remains valid, both “Updated” and “Needs Action” tabs are cleared and you don’t need to do anything else.
  6. If the quote data is no longer valid, you’ll see a message. Once you respond to the message, the “Updated” and “Needs Action” tabs will also be cleared.
