- Changes to the Quote Details and/or Census may initiate the auto-refresh process to validate the selected carriers and plans are still eligible for the quote.
- When the Quote Details and or Census is updated, the tab displays “Updated”.
- The tab for each Product Line included in the quote displays “Needs Action”.
- Upon clicking on one of the Product Line tabs, the auto-refresh process is initiated.
- Checks availability of selected Carriers and Plans
- Refreshes Plan Premiums, Plan Benefits, Plan Assignment and Employer Contribution
- Revisits Must Match Carriers and Plans
- After the Auto-Refresh process finishes, if the quote data remains valid, both “Updated” and “Needs Action” tabs are cleared and you don’t need to do anything else.
- If the quote data is no longer valid, you’ll see a message. Once you respond to the message, the “Updated” and “Needs Action” tabs will also be cleared.
